We document and celebrate Indonesia's living agricultural heritage
Harvest & Heritage Indonesia was initiated from a simple belief: Indonesia's agricultural landscapes and cultural traditions deserve to be experienced, understood, and preserved beyond conventional tourism.
As tourism continues to evolve, many destinations are recognised for their attractions but not always for the stories, local knowledge, and communities that shape them. Harvest & Heritage was created to help bridge that gap through thoughtful documentation, research, and storytelling.
Our Values
Reciprocity
Tourism must return value to the communities it visits , in income, recognition, and decision-making power.
Accuracy
We document what is real, not curated fantasies of rural life, but complex, living, evolving cultures.
Stewardship
The land and knowledge systems we document were not ours to begin with. We treat them accordingly.
Longevity
We think in decades, not seasons. Sustainability means nothing if it doesn't outlast the current funding cycle.
